Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
- Manufacturing Errors: If there is a manufacturing error in your order (e.g., incorrect printing, design flaws), please reach out to us within 14 days, and we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Wrong Sizes or Colors: We do not accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes or colors selected at the time of purchase. Please double-check your selections before finalizing your order.
- Change of Mind: We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
